Team Squash at Finchley Manor

Team squash is for those who play to a reasonably high standard and who want to match themselves against the best players of other clubs.

Finchley Manor has had teams in the Middlesex leagues for many years, and some of the best players in Middlesex have represented us.

On our honors board, we have the names of national and county champions.

In recent years the club has entered three or four teams in various Middlesex leagues, together with Veteran's (0-45) and Vintage teams (0-55).

We are currently represented by teams each in divisions 3 4 and 5, in addition to two Vets teams and two Vintage teams.

The club regularly hosts junior and senior tournaments.

In 2011 we play host to the Middlesex Senior Closed Championships for the second year running, we hope to host this event again in 2012 and will post details here as soon as they become available.

We were also the 2011 hosts for the Metropolitan Police Semis and Finals.

The Middlesex Junior Open was held at Finchley Manor in October 2010 for the second year, and we hope to make it 3 in a row this year...

We have also hosted the Middlesex Secretaries' Cup tournament and an Inter-county match for 0-60's in past years.  Keep an eye on this page for information on future tournaments that Finchley Manor hosts.

At Finchley we are always looking for capable players who want to improve their squash by playing in competitive matches to a high standard.

If you think you can benefit both yourself and the club by claiming a team place, then please contact either This email address is being protected from spambots. Because we have one of the foremost lady coaches in the country at Finchley Manor, we also welcome interest from women players who are searching for a congenial playing environment (see our Squash Coaching pages for details).
